We Are Building Open Opportunity Structures Together Press Release

Green Education & Business Development Forums Set for Weekend

Sustainable job, career, education, housing and economic enterprise options to be reviewed

PRINCETON BOROUGH, NEW JERSEY - Sustainable Princeton and We Are BOOST will convene the first of several public awareness forums on Saturday, October 17, from 9:30am until 12:30pm at the Suzanne Patterson Center located at 45 N. Stockton St. in Princeton, NJ.  "Filtering the Green Noise: A Symposium, Part 1" is free and open to the public and, to register, visit http://www.filteringgreennoise.eventbrite.com.

Morning refreshments will be available courtesy Bordentown's Beanwood Coffee Shop and Latin Bistro, host of part two of the series set for this Sunday.  For more information, call 206-202-2883 or email localwisdom@weareboost.org

According to the  series' organizers, Saturday's Princeton forum "already has nearly one hundred people who have registered to attend and thanks to the generosity of the Church and Dwight Company, Waste-Less Bags and nearly a dozen companies and organizations, everyone who attends the Princeton symposium this Saturday will walk away with their own Sustainability Resource and Tool Kit," says Tim Razzaq, founder of BOOST, which stands for Building Open Opportunity Structures Together.

The Green Noise series of forums are being touted as highly audience-centered and learner-focused, wherein the person sitting or standing next to you may be your greatest resource and vis-versa.  "No one person or group has all the answers to the challenges we are confronted with, but everybody is a stakeholder in the process. All of us can be inspired and empowered to navigate the shift and lead the change to environmental economy," Razzaq explained.
